Job Description:

On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Senior Payroll Executive position based in Malaysia. The role will support payroll operations for both Malaysia and Singapore clients within a payroll outsourcing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing full-cycle payroll processing for multiple Malaysia and Singapore clients, ensuring payroll accuracy
  • Monitoring payroll schedules and ensuring timely submission of payroll reports, bank files, and statutory-related matters
  • Acting as the main point of contact for daily payroll operations, client enquiries, and payroll-related issue resolution
  • Ensuring compliance with Malaysia and Singapore statutory requirements, while staying updated on payroll regulation changes
  • Building and maintaining good client relationships through regular communication, reviews, and support
  • Handling monthly invoicing and billing matters for assigned client accounts
  • Supporting payroll system implementation, migration, enhancement, and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and handling confidential employee information professionally
  • Assisting and guiding junior team members when required


Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of payroll experience, preferably within a payroll outsourcing or BPO environment
  • Hands-on experience handling both Malaysia and Singapore payroll (A must)
  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as Rymnet, Info-Tech, JustLogin, Payroll2U, or similar systems
  • Good understanding of payroll statutory requirements and payroll compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • 5-day work week, Mon-Fri, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
  • Flexible working arrangement available after 1 month, subject to management approval
