At FastLane, we are a licensed company service provider in Hong Kong with an office in Malaysia. We help clients navigate corporate secretarial, compliance, and advisory matters across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires an on-site presence during the initial six-month probation period (Subject to performance).
This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work with occasional in-office collaboration, and provides opportunities to gain exposure to regional engagements.
What You’ll Do
- Take charge of end-to-end corporate secretarial duties, from preparing and filing statutory documents to maintaining company records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters, becoming a trusted point of contact.
- Work closely with our Hong Kong team and international clients, giving you exposure to cross-border engagements.
- Build strong client relationships by providing timely, accurate, and practical compliance guidance.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in company secretarial and compliance work.
- Solid understanding of Hong Kong company law and regulatory requirements (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with Malaysia’s Companies Act 2016 and SSM processes is a bonus.
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- ICSA/MAICSA qualification (or currently pursuing) is a plus.
- Must be able to read and speak both Mandarin and English, for communication with clients and the internal team.
- Strong organizational, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and proactively.
