Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join Fastlane at our Hong Kong office, located in Sheung Wan, Central and Western District.
Key Responsibilities
You will support our Company Secretary team in handling statutory filings, document processing, mail management, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
a. Forms Submission & Filing
- Assist the Company Secretary Department in printing, completing, and submitting statutory forms.
- Routine submission in person or by courier to the Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Department.
- Scan and organize all submitted forms and notify the relevant team.
- File or arrange for couriers to return the documents to the client, if required.
b. Cheque Payment
- Arrange cheque payment for Business Registration License and Annual Return.
c. Mail Management
- Receive, scan, and distribute client correspondence.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all inbound and outbound mail.
- File or arrange for couriers to return the documents to the client, if required.
d. General Support
- Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance as needed.
- Perform additional data entry tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of administrative work experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Sheets, and cloud tools
- Familiarity with document filing
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Able to read and write English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Prior administrative or corporate services experience is a plus
